THE FLAT LAKE NEEDS HELP

Whatever your skills, whatever you can offer up… we’ll make good use of it all at the festival . Any help preparing the site, managing the site... and striking the site will be much appreciated.  

So, if you’re at a loose end in August, why not roll up early and help out. If you’re an artist, the best way to evolve the Flat Lake into something truly special  is to roll up your sleeves and GET INVOLVED.

The phenomenal power of art has been systematically chipped away - and whilst the fragmentation of the creative community continues, perhaps it’s time to get artists together again.

However, every strand of this event will need supervising … and managing .... we need more generators,  scaffold towers, more marquees,  PA’s, walkie talkies, people who can cook, people who can use a hammer and nail… you name it, we need it. 

Although we are going out to our local community for volunteer help, we’d like people to come from far and wide … one guy is actually coming  from Australia…another girl from Hawaii …. So, why not make a holiday of it… it’ll be fun …. The response so far has been incredible …  it’s taking on a life of its own. But we need help.
