HILTON PARK is a sensationally beautiful country woodland estate in County Monaghan where, last August, on a ridiculously minute budget, often flying by the seat of our pants, we somehow managed to put on an unforgetable festival event. Across the board, by and large, at the end of the day, and when all is said 'n done The Flat Lake Festival exceeded our humble expectations - and probably the expectations of many who didn't have any expectations in the first place. So, those who missed it, get a ticket and come - and those who were here last year, please come again.
