Dear all,

We are pleased to announce that almost all the issues relating to our on-line booking situation have been successfully resolved. With only one final payment remaining it indeed looks like we will be able to tie up all our outstanding accounts in the very near future and make moves to planning another Flat Lake next June. In the meantime, we would like to thank those of you who sent in so many great suggestions relating to  possible fundraising initiatives.

We also wish to thank EventElephant Ltd for their cooperation in successfully reconciling our existing account. We look forward to working with them in the future. Finally, we would like to thank our lawyers, Kevin Hickey and Brian Carroll, for all their hard work in helping to resolve this matter.
